  • Smoking permitted in enclosed bar areas only

  • Up to individual business owner
Self-service Displays
  • Prohibited
  • Humidors must be locked
Vending Machines
  • Prohibited
Fines for Sales to Minors
  • $50 for the 1st offense within 12 months
  • $100 for the 2nd offenses within 12 months
  • $250 for the 3rd offense within 12 months
  • Suspension for the 4th offense
