  • Smoking is permitted
Worksites
  • Smoking prohibited
Self-service Displays
  • Self Service displays are permitted
Vending Machines
  • Permitted with a lockout device
Fines for Sales to Minors
  • $100 for the 1st offense and permit may be suspended up to 60 days
  • $250 for the 2nd offense and permit may be suspended up to 6 months
  • $300 for the 3rd offense and the permit may be suspended up to a time specified by the Board of Health
