  • Smoking prohibited
Self-service Displays
  • Required to be within 10 feet and in plain view of the cashier
Vending Machines
  • Permitted in a supervised area with a lockout device
Fines for Sales to Minors
  • $100 for 1st offense
  • $250 for the 2nd offense
  • $300 for the 3rd subsequent offense
